Buffy the Vampire Slayer is one of my all time favorite shows. I’ve seen every episode multiple times, I’ve gone to comic cons to meet James Marsters and Charisma Carpenter, and my best friend and I even went on a Buffy tour in LA a few years ago. I’ve cosplayed Buffy, I listen to music from Buffy on the regular, and I often think, what would Buffy do?!
So I love Buffy, and I wanted to create a gift guide for all of the Buffy fans out there. The types of Buffy gifts someone would enjoy depends on the person, but these are all things I either have and love, would love to get myself, or think would be amazing gifts.

Buffy Games & Books
Buffy the Vampire Slayer Board Game (Original)– Lucas surprised me with the original Buffy board game for my birthday a few years ago, and it was one of the best presents I’ve ever received. I’m all about nostalgia, so the fact that he ordered this game that was discontinued years ago was so sweet. We’ve also had a lot of fun playing it together, so it’s not just a collectible. Since it’s no longer in production, it’s pricey but such a cool unique gift. There are only a few left on Amazon, so if you’re considering it, get one before they’re gone for good! You could also try ebay.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer Board Game (New)– If you want a newer (and less expensive) option, a new Buffy board game came out recently that looks fun as well. I don’t have it but would love to add it to my collection!
Buffy The Vampire Slayer Coloring Book– Lucas got this for me recently, and I love it! Coloring can be therapeutic and what better to color than scenes from the best show ever?!
Buffy Comic Books- If the Buffy fan in your life doesn’t have any of the comics yet, you could start by getting them these three books that cover Season 8. I don’t have them but I’ve seen them–they’re hardcovers with gorgeous artwork. If they already have some of the comics and you’re not sure which ones they need, you could always get them an Amazon or other bookstore gift card as well, with a note that they’re for Buffy comics!
2018 Wall Calendar– There’s a 2018 20 Years of Slaying Buffy Wall Calendar! Need I say more?
Buffy DVDs & CDs
Many Buffy fans may already have the DVDs, but if they don’t, the Buffy The Vampire Slayer: The Complete Series would be an amazing gift, especially since Netflix took Buffy off (Netflix, how could you?? It’s on Hulu now though thank goddess.) There are also a lot of interesting commentaries on the DVDs. If you want to save some money and have time to look, you could also check used stores like Half Priced Books–that’s where I collected my Buffy DVDs. If you really want to go for the gold, you could get them Angel: The Complete Series as well!
Once More With Feeling Soundtrack CD or MP3— I actually don’t have the soundtrack CD and would love it, as I’m sure any Buffy fan would as well! My best friend has it, so whenever we visit each other we listen to it and sing along. #Buffynerds.
There are other Buffy soundtracks as well with music from the show–I’d love to collect them all eventually!
Buffy Clothes & Pins
Retro Buffy Shirt– I got this retro Buffy shirt a few years ago, and it’s one of my favorite shirts! I love the retro style and that it says Demons! Darkness! Dangerous Women!
Hot Topic also has cool Buffy stuff–they even came out with a clothing line inspired by the series!
A few other cool clothing pieces I found (but don’t have yet) are this Sunnydale High School Sweatshirt and t-shirt. Swag by Fox also has some fun stuff, I like this basic white Buffy tee as well as the Slayerettes tank, and ok who are we kidding, I like all of it! They even have Buffy phone cases too.
I love these Buffy pins by Matt Simas–I got two of the original Buffy one pictured, one for me and one for my BFF, and they’re gorgeous. That design is sold out now, but there’s a Spike one I love as well as Angel, Willow, and Faith, and there’s a new Buffy design coming soon.
I found these pins by Kat Goodloe recently, and I’m in love! Sadly the Class Protector pin is sold out, but it looks like there are still some Tabula Rasa (I love that episode!) pins left. I’ve got my eye on Kat’s instagram because these super cute new designs are coming soon as well.
The Silver Spider Print Shop also has some cute Buffy pins like this Kiss the Librarian one as well as Rupert Giles and a Buffy pack.
A couple of other cute Buffy pins I found on Etsy were this Sunnydale Class of ’99 and I’m a Slayer, Ask Me How.
Claddagh Ring– A claddagh ring like the one Angel gave Buffy is also a perfect gift for any Buffy fan! I got one for when I dressed up as Buffy for Halloween a few years ago and love it.
Buffy Mugs & Other Gifts
Buffy & Angel Heat Changing Mug— I got this mug when Hot Topic came out with their Buffy line earlier this year, and I love how Angel appears out of nowhere, as he often does in the show. So moody! Hot Topic sold out after I got mine but now they have them back in stock, so if you want one, get one before they’re gone again.
Kiss the Librarian Mug– I love how authentic this mug looks, and I love the scene it’s from as well!
Funko Buffy Figures– I don’t have any of these because I don’t collect many figurines, but for the Funko lovers out there, there are a lot of cool Buffy figures like this classic Buffy, Prophecy Girl Buffy, Dark Willow, The Gentlemen, and more!
Mr. Pointy Plush– This Mr. Pointy plush is so cute!
Prayer Candle– I’ll end the list with this Saint Buffy prayer candle because it’s amazing!!
Are you a Buffy fan? What are your favorite Buffy things? Did I miss anything good? Let me know in the comments!
