One of my favorite cruelty free beauty Youtubers, Jkissa, recently launched a second collaboration with e.l.f. Cosmetics featuring a rainbow eyeshadow palette, a glittery liquid eyeshadow topper duo, and a colorful eyeshadow brush set.
There are so many new makeup launches these days, but this one caught my eye because I love rainbows/colorful eyeshadow and glitter, and I also love e.l.f. Cosmetics–I think it’s so cool that they have so many options and that their entire brand is vegan, cruelty free, and affordable.
The e.l.f. x Jkissa To The Rescue Palette is an 18 shade rainbow eyeshadow palette, and that’s no surprise if you follow Jkissa because she’s known for her unique colorful makeup looks. The eyeshadows are named after dogs that have been adopted, including Jkissa’s dogs Tsuki and Zuma, or dogs that need to be adopted. The palette is $20 and comes with a mirror as well as a sticker sheet so you can decorate the cover of the palette however you want.
The Tsuki to My Heart eyeshadow topper duo is $12 and features two glittery liquid eyeshadows–a green/gold glitter, and a silvery, clear-based glitter. I love the colorful, Lisa Frank vibes in the Furever Eyeshadow Brush Set, which comes with six synthetic eyeshadow brushes for $25.
Here are swatches on my arm of all of the eyeshadow shades, as well as the eyeshadow topper shades. I used my finger to do the swatches, and did about 2-3 swipes of each color to get it to this level of pigment. Eyeshadows behave differently on eyelids and when applied with brushes, so the shades may look different when applied to the eye.
I really love some e.l.f. eyeshadows, like the The New Classics Eyeshadow Palette, while others haven’t worked as well for me, so I’m hoping these shadows perform well. I’ve only had a chance to play with a couple of shades so far, but I’ll definitely feature some in upcoming makeup looks here, so stay tuned.
I may do a review of the eyeshadows at some point as well, but it will take me awhile to try them all, so we’ll see (let me know if you’re interested in a full review in the comments.) I wanted to go ahead and share swatches of the shades though because I know some people wanted to see them.
Also, Jkissa’s last e.l.f. collab sold out fast, so who knows how much longer these products will be available. The To The Rescue Palette and Furever Brush Set are already sold out from e.l.f. directly, but they’re available at Ulta, and the Tsuki to My Heart Duo is still available from e.l.f. Cosmetics as well as Ulta.
Another cool thing about this collab is that if you post a photo with your favorite pet with the hashtag #eyeslipsfacepaws. e.l.f. will donate $1 (up to $25,000) to Angel City Pit Bulls.

Did you pick up anything from the e.l.f. x Jkissa collection? Do you have any favorites from e.l.f.? Let me know in the comments!
